At Team Motorcycle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include all manuals and accessories to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
